Apple Cider Vinegar Continued....

Its been a month since apple scraps have been sitting in spring water turning into vinegar. I wanted to show you a picture of the vinegar "mother" that has formed on the top of the apple peelings. Its white and shiny and the whole vat smells tangy, fresh and sour. The mixture appears completely still will no more CO2 being produced. I think its ready to strain and bottle!
