Apple Cider Vinegar

The latest project has been to crush and press about three bushels of local apples into some delicious and healthy fresh juice; some to be enjoyed presently and some to be fermented. 

All the scraps from the pressing were added to a 5 gallon cambro and covered with spring water. I added 2 cups of apple cider vinegar just to kick it off and left it covered with a towel for a month to transform into a fresh batch of apple vinegar to be used for my bone stocks and tonics.

8 oz Water - warm enough to melt honey

1 to 2 teaspoons Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 to 2 teaspoons Local Honey
